Meet the founder

I’m Joy Onyema, the founder of Design Sell Earn – a brand that helps architecture, real estate, and property brands design better and sell smarter through content.

My career started on construction sites, working with developers, designing residentia lspaces and reviewing drawings, I understood building design deeply.

After a few years, I started freelance writing and blogging on the side – writing for any niche and industry that would hire me.

But along the way, I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant architects and developers who couldn’t get clients. Their work was incredible, but their marketing was invisible.

So I decided to niche down by merging my skills and expertise.

Today, I design spaces and write the words that sell them. You get one expert who understands both design and the business behind it.
